(35) LAUMSPUR (1997 - 2001)

This album is a collection of "atmospheric electronica" with some oriental colours, sometimes touching drone territory, sometimes rather "avantgarde".

In it's current form it was assembled in 2006, during my work on the promotional CD box "No Single Single".

However the tracks are connected in that they were all, at different times, recorded for a never finished project I was working on during that period, which basically would have been a double CD set with one dance and one ambient CD. Back at the day, I never arrived at a stage where I thought it would work like I imagined it - but kept on trying for some time, recording a lot of music as I went which later formed the cores of different albums...
