This is an unfinished pop album with my good friend, singer (and keyboarder, although he doesn't play any here...) Klaus Chmielewski, which unfortunately never grew much beyond the demo stage.

Klaus and me had hoped for years to do an album together, however never could find the time to work on it seriously, until at one point in 2002 a window in our busy schedules seemed to open up.
I was mostly into dance music and ambient at that time, which wasn't exactly what Klaus wanted to do, so he gave me an album by German electro pop band Lali Puna which he enjoyed at the time and asked me if I could come up with tracks in that vein - and I tried!
The results are basically what You can hear here, but Klaus only ever sang on the first track (and co-produced the second).
Here, we were also joined by Wolle Bechtluft, the guitar player of B4 SUNRISE (...an artrock trio consisting of him, keyboarder Reinhold Krämer and myself). In turn, Klaus would sing lead vocals on a B4 SUNRISE track (written bei Wolfgang) some years later...

Although Klaus basically liked the material, he wasn't quite satisfied with some aspects of the other tracks - we intended to work it out, yet at some point, other projects and life issues called for our attention, and in the end, it never happened.

The bonus tracks however include a re-work of a song we had recorded already in 1996 in a totally different version, plus different mixes of yet another (short) track which Klaus and me spontaneously had recorded when he payed me a visit at my home studio, after having a bottle of wine... ;-)
